I don’t have to go to university or earn a Ph.D. before I can outsmart someone like Paul Adom-Otchere. I hold Ghanaians accountable for not doing more to stop this scoundrel from defaming the media and supporting Nana Akufo Addo’s illegal conduct. Why wouldn’t Paul Adom-Otchere file a lawsuit against me, since I have said worse against him than Captain Smart? He knows he can’t get a penny from me.
Paul Adom-Otchere ought to have received at least five years in prison in any decent nation, but since Akufo Addo is the one who controls the corruption, Adom-Otchere is currently free to continue his corrupt ways. He dares to sue someone today for GH10 million in damages due to slander. Such stupidity can only exist in Ghana.
In the sense that Akufo Addo has appointed crooked judges to the Supreme Court who vehemently denies anyone who disagrees with the NPP administration or Akufo Addo justice, I feel extremely bad for Captain Smart in the sense that there are no strong attorneys who can win cases for individuals who oppose the government. Paul Adom-Otchere is aware that Akufo Addo’s crooked judges now control Ghana.
Paul Adom-Otchere and Akufo Addo both dislike Captain Smart because he constantly reveals their crimes and makes them seem hopeless. This so-called criminal journalist ought to be in jail by now if Ghana is a respectable country. This is an effort to stop Captain, and Paul may find it simple because Akufo Addo now operates the most corrupt and worthless judicial system in the world.
He is confident that he will win the case and receive the easy money that he does not deserve as a result. By now, literate Ghanaians need to be aware that Paul Adom-Otchere is not a journalist but rather a thief and a criminal. This so-called journalist was unable to discuss the crimes in which prominent NPP figures like Akufo Addo, John Boadu, and Hopeson Adorye were complicit.
President Nana Akufo Addo sent these prominent NPP figures, and under threat of violence, they apprehended Serwaa Broni, a Canadian-Ghanaian registered nurse, who had an affair with the president. Serwaa Broni wants money, but the president won’t give it to her because he has to protect the public’s coffers, according to Paul Adom-Otchere, defending his tyrannical leader after the dust settled.
What an idiot! Yet some senseless people like Paul Adom-Otchere believe they are well-known and accomplished journalists. Any wise journalist who sues someone will ensure the public knows the things that person said about him. Adom-Otchere was unable to respond to Captain Smart’s comments. According to the news report, he is seeking GH10 million as compensation for the harm done to his reputation as a result of remarks made against him by Captain Smart on Onua FM/TV.
Although he was unable to tell Ghanaians, he was quick to claim that “the publication tarnished his image in the eyes of well-meaning individuals in society. Given the crime he committed, Adom-Otchere shouldn’t even be permitted to work as a journalist in Ghana, let alone respected or encouraged to file a defamation lawsuit. The man is insane.
Any Ghanaian attorney who accepts Paul Adom-Otchere’s case, to bring charges against Captain Smart will suffer the greatest embarrassment because it further demonstrates that judges appointed by the president of this country not only support the NPP government’s crimes but also win cases for corrupt and criminal individuals belonging to the party.
While Paul Adom-Otchere has praised and reframed Nana Akufo Addo’s crimes as moral deeds, Captain Smart has historically been Ghana’s most vocal critic, strong enough to reveal all of the NPP government’s illegal operations. As a result, Captain Smart got in the way of both Adom-Otchere and Akufo Addo.
To prevent Captain Smart from criticizing him and exposing his shady business dealings, Akufo Addo once had him jailed. Sadly, that did not deter the obstinate journalist. The accusation of defamation made by Paul Adom-Otchere against Smart is the end consequence of well-planned action on the part of some NPP members who foolishly encouraged him to do so in the hope that it would stop the attacks on the president.
Paul Adom- Otchere is a recurring felon without remorse, and I pray that any future good administration that cares about the advancement of our beloved nation Ghana will apprehend him, bring charges against him, and put him in jail. Because they lost the 2020 election, the NPP administration cannot win in 2024.
The largest scandal will soon emerge to remove them from office, so the common Ghanaians can rest comfortably. They have no power to change it because they can’t handle what is yet to happen. Foreign missions inside and outside of Ghana have in the past kept an eye on Ghana’s political happenings. However, the widespread corruption that caused Ghana’s economy to collapse and the atrocities that are occurring there under this leadership have increased international interest in Ghana.
