Nana Kobina Nketsia V, the paramount chief of Essikado traditional area in the Western Region of the Republic of Ghana presented a philosophical, historical and thought-provoking keynote address on the maiden Speaker’s Seminal Lecture held in Accra. Nana subtly reprimanded members of Ghanaian parliament to eschew unruly behaviors and work for the interest of the people they represent.

Erstwhile University of Cape Coast History of political thought and Modern European history lecturer entreated the law-makers to embrace African political system and stop copying systems alien to Africans. See the attached video for the full speech.
