Black Stars skipper Andre Ayew has pulled out of Ghana squad ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Angola.
The 33 year old picked up a knee injury while warming up along the touchline during Thursday’s win in Kumasi.
Andre will not travel with the squad to Luanda for the return leg which takes place on Monday.
The Nottingham Forest attacker has been given permission to return to England for further treatment.
Other players who didn’t make the trip include Alexander Djiku, Mohammed Salisu and Denis Odoi. The trio were left out of the travelling party due to injuries.
